  1. ZVS Induction Heating Board
    • Description: Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) induction heating board with power MOSFETs.
    • Specification: Input voltage: 12V-48V DC, Power: Up to 1000W.
    • Quantity: 1
  2. Power Supplies
    • 12V Power Supply
      • Description: Power supply for driving the microcontroller, servo, and fan.
      • Specification: 12V DC, minimum 2A.
      • Quantity: 1
    • 48V Power Supply
      • Description: Power supply for driving the ZVS board.
      • Specification: 48V DC, 600W or more recommended.
      • Quantity: 1
  3. Ferrite Core
    • Description: U(R)-shaped ferrite core for induction coil.
    • Specification: Material suitable for around 100kHz, 3C90 is a proven good material.
    • Quantity: 1 (2 halves are needed, cut and glued together - separate post on procedure will be made)
  4. Litz Wire
    • Description: Multi-strand wire for the induction coil to improve high-frequency performance.
    • Specification: 4000 strands, each strand 0.05mm. Length: 0.85m. Ends MUST be tinned (separate post on the process will be created)
